WORK EXPERIENCE
EnVia • January - May 2018
Volunteer English Teacher and Graphic Designer. Taught English in an afterschool program in small communities outside Oaxaca City. Also created poster, brochure designs. EnVia is a non-profit organization that helps empower women through microloans and responsible tourism.

Seattle Gay News • May 2014 – June 2017
Print production. Layout of a weekly local paper from 24 to 100+ pages. This includes text, photos, and ads, with the bulk of the work being put together on print day.

Hollow Earth Radio • January 2016 – June 2017
Fundraising, Marketing, Membership. Promotion of the radio station via design of posters, promotional perks. Event planning, as well as part of event staff. Database analysis, and donor communication.

Seattle Theatre Group • August 2014 – March 2017
Graphic design, production management. Creation of designs for signage/billboards, plus show posters, ads, and institutional pieces. In addition, an overseeing of all print jobs, ensuring price and quality control.

Fantagraphics Books • March 2012 – February 2014
Art direction, book design. Designed book covers and interior content, catalogs, and layout for continuation of series books. Work has appeared in Print Magazine.

Freelance Designer • January 2010 – current
Website design, logos, posters, brochures, packaging for local clients. Hand screen printed designs for specific events.
